As I was also an over-thinker and perfection oriented who always used to create the mountains of unwanted struggles and pressure upon myself. And I spent many years of my life holding myself back from doing what I truly wanted to do. Because I was letting life happen to me instead of for me.
Ultimately, I decided to break this chain and stop holding myself back. I started figuring out the ways and means to prioritize my mental well-being, keep myself calm, organize my thoughts, work on acceptance and let go of perfectionism.
